THis is one that me and the boss ( aka wife) usually have once a week or every two. The exception is the summer as it is hot to run it.
you will need 1 lb of chicken 1 stick of margerine 3/4 cup of crushed ritz crackers 1/2 cup of parmasan cheese from the shaker bottle 1/8 of teaspoon of garlic powder a pinch each of basil and oregano and mrs. Dash
preheat oven to 350 to cook for an hour or until golden bornw. layer a pan with aluminum foil for easy cleanup. Melt the butter and set aside. Then mix crackers, cheese and spices together. Then did the chicken into the butter then dip into the dry mixture. Wehn finished with chicken pour left over butter over chicken and then spread mix that was left over the chicken. Back at 350 abut an hour. Eat and enjoy. Goes well with whipped potatos, corn, also can have with spaghetti. Hope you like the wifes recipie and enjoy.
