...of my favorite teams, the Chicago cubs and Minnesota Twins. They did in the World Series and break their drought without a championship, which is good for their fans. But everybody knows that the real team in Chicago is the Cubs and not the Sox. ...helped assist a police officer one night. Oliver McDonald, pretty much keeps to himself, but at the same time they found out Brody was a model, they also found out a bit more about Mac. The only Virginia born member of the team has been with the BAU since it started 18 years ago. Now at 40, he's the oldest member of the team. He's married with three young girls, I found it odd that he didn't mention them but decided to keep that to my chest. Luke was reluctant to talk about himself, but said he was born in Chicago, a big fan of the Chicago White Sox which annoys the team to high heaven as they get dragged to the U.S Cellular Field as well as Fenway Park when they go to Chicago. It causes a lot of arguments between Emily and Luke. He talked about Mel for about 10 minutes; apparently everyone falls in love with Mel and her attitude... Read review

Advantages Wonderfull story with a range of knockout performances - look out for Burt Lancaster
Disadvantages Don't think this is a baseball movie - it's not!

...Iowa farmer Ray Kinsella hears a voice in his corn field tell him, "If you build it, he will come." He takes the message to be an instruction to build a baseball field on his farm, upon which appear the ghosts of Shoeless Joe Jackson and the other seven Chicago White Sox players banned from the game for throwing the 1919 World Series. When the voices continue, Ray seeks out a reclusive author to help him understand the meaning of the messages and the purpose for his field. This is a beautifully written and acted movie, with knockout performances from Ray Liotta (for once not playing a gangster) and James Earl Jones (close your eyes and hear Darth Vader!). ...the next day for lunch. PLACES TO SEE & things to do : Hancock Tower, Sears Tower, Navy Pier, Magnificent Mile, Unios Street Station, Chicago Bulls at the united center, Blue Man Group, lincolin park, chicago bears, the white sox, broadway shows, oprah winfrey shows and jerry springer shows......the list is endless. As i was there for 3 months i got to see and do quite a lot and i have some of the most beautiful pictures in my album. NOTE - If you decide to go up the hancock tower! DONT PAY INTO THE OBSERVATORY, just tell the doorman that you are going to the bar/restaurant on the 96th floor. Thats free to go there and then from there you can get up to the observatory for free!!! SHOPPING: OH MY GOD THE SHOPPING!
