...My family calls it Corny Cheese Bites, Rachael Ray calls them Cheesy Corn Bites, but either way they're delicious and quite simple to make. For this recipe you will need: - 48 scoop shaped tortilla chips (recommended: tostito scoops) - 1 large egg - 1/2 - 1 cup frozen corn kernals (if you like corn a lot, use one 1 cup, if not go with 1/2 of a cup) - 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup shredded ...

This makes a great Cheese Appetizer for most any meal; Cheese Wontons: 1 C. mayonnaise 1 C. sharp Cheddar cheese 1/2 C. Parmesan cheese 2 t. finely chopped onion 1 small can chopped black olives 1/2 t. garlic to taste Cocktail rye bread Combine the mayonnaise, cheeses, onion, olives and garlic salt. Mix together and spread on cocktail rye bread. Put under the broiler for a few minutes, until cheese bubbles. 3-4 C. oil 12 oz. Pepper Jack ...
