The Century LCD widescreen magnifier is an ideal tool for viewing LCD screens using the Schneider 16x9 widescreen adapter. For those of us who have trouble figuring out what it is that we're looking at on those tiny LCD screens, the Century LCD widescreen magnifier is the perfect solution. The magnification will let you see everything you need to from a comfortable distance. No more having to get right up against the screen to frame your shot. When looking through the eye-piece or on the LCD screen with the 16:9 widescreen optical adapter, the resulting image appears stretched vertically when viewed. By slipping on the LCD widescreen magnifier, your LCD screen image automatically spreads out to fill the frame. The larger image of the LCD widescreen magnifier, its anti-reflective coating, and a 3-inch "neck" all combine to give you a larger, clearer view of the LCD screen free from glare and reflections even in bright (but not direct) sunlight. Sturdily constructed out of polystyrene that will stand up to rigorous use, but not mar your camera's finish, the Century LCD widescreen magnifier has been designed by the company's engineers for ease of use and optimum effectiveness. The housing is secured by two thumbscrews and can be moved up and down to adjust magnification level. This LCD widescreen (16:9) adapter is designed for 2.5" diagonal flip-out LCD screens like those on JVC GY-DV300U, JY-HD10U, Sony DCR-TRV900, DSR-PD100, VX2000, DSR-PD150, Canon GL2 & GL1.
