This has been one of the greatest companies i have ever dealt with. I am always worried about buying stuff online, so i called their toll free number and spoke to their customer service. It was very reassuring, they were very helpful. It was actually the deciding factor in my buying the phone. We went through a couple of different options, but there was no pressure from the sales rep to actually sell the phone. It was like he was there to help me, not make money. I ended up buying the US nokia n95 and i couldn't be happier. I received my phone on time and nothing has gone wrong with it (and based on the company i doubt anything will.) If you are in the market for a new cell, i strongly suggest this company.
