I bought a phone for my son last week using this site and i was very impressed. I don't know much about technology, but the customer support made it so easy. He explained what an unlocked phone was, which ones were the most popular, the different options on the phone, and he even knew about tower frequencies. That's way above my head, but it was reassuring to know he knew. I chose to buy the HTC Touch Diamond (with customer service recommendation) and 7 days later the phone arrived. For once my kid thought something i got him was cool. Of course, now he never calls with his new phone, but that's a different story. This is a great company and i look forward to buying myself a cool phone in the future.
