We bought a cell phone booster from them and they sold us the wrong one the first time. We returned it (and paid the return postage) and got the correct item. The information they gave us about the product was incorrect. We returned the second item and only got an 80% refund, because they charge a restocking fee. Cal Cellular insisted that 90% of all companys charge a restocking fee. I had to laugh at that commen and knew then that I was in trouble. ...
