I have had my Motorola RAZR since 10/07 and have no complaints whatsoever. The size, storage capability, digital camera, and video are perfect for my taste and needs. I'm a big fan of Sony Ericsson's bar shaped phones as they are always cool looking and totally different than what other companies offer, and the k550i is no exception. Owner of a w810i, the k550i is very similiar in features and size, but weighs less and is thinner, so if you ever wished the w810i was lighter, this is the phone for you. I think the biggest possible issue with this phone is probably the keypad, and to be honest, isn't as bad as one ...
