Advantages: Size and easy to hear Disadvantages: A necessary evil
This phone works well for me. Its not real showing with lots of features that I would never use. I do use the camera from time to time but for an everyday phone...its good. Sturdy and easy to hear. I don't like phones that you constantly have to chase the sound around your ear. This one works well.

Advantages: Has a camera, good audio quality, text, calendar Disadvantages: Hard to find tools/settings, weak displays (front), poor interface (internet)
The VX8300 is a good phone. Not great. Good. It has very good reception (of course in Florida, what doesn't? It works good as I travel as well). The battery life is very good too - I can go for days without charging - and I am a heavy phone user for both work and personal.

All said the phone works and audio is good enough - ...

Advantages: n/a Disadvantages: poor reception and kept tearing up
I had this phone last year and I never had any problems out of mine but my wife did several times. She had to turn hers back in and get a different type of phone. It keep losing its signal alot in very clear clearings. It did not hae a variety of ring tones to chose from either. Hers tore up a few times and had to get fixed. But it still not work well. I was told by her that she could hear echoing as she was talking. The sound was not clear at all. ...
