The mirror-like front of this phone looks great but it scratches very easily. I love that it has a music player but you really need a memory card if you are going to use it because without one you can only hold about 3 songs. I only paid $20 for this phone and I'm glad I didn't pay more. The camera isn't very good. Also the phone sometimes lights up for no reason, the battery needs charged almost daily, and often when you miss a call it doesn't show ...

The M300 is pricey but for a reason! It has many available features and the truth is it is well deserved of your money! I happen to have an M300and it is incredible! This phone was nothing but trouble for us. We received one and it constantly turns itself on and off for no good reason. We received a replacement and it does the same exact thing as well. Functionality of the phone is great with the full keyboard, but again its very difficult to use a phone that turns itself off in the middle of a phone call. While the Lg VX8300 may not be the most flashy of cellular phones, it certainly is functional. I have had this phone for about a year and have experienced no major problems. The phone is also very durable and survived an unfortunate diet coke spill accident. Advantages: Great Price ($49) after Sprint's rebates, colors are clear and bright, lightweight, japanese design
Disadvantages: Battery heats up after 40 minutes of talktime. Needs to be recharged every night.

Pros: Has a nice finish, simple to use, lightweight, sleek look, good reception (with sprint being the provider), 1.3 mega pixel camera is good enough for day to day photos, and the one minute camcorder comes in handy. Comes with MicroSD memory of 256kb which is useful to store photos and video separately from phone memory.
