Sleek Slider Worth Every Dollar
Review of Samsung SPH M520 by
TheReviewer101
Advantages: Great Price ($49) after Sprint's rebates, colors are clear and bright, lightweight, japanese design
Disadvantages: Battery heats up after 40 minutes of talktime. Needs to be recharged every night.
Pros: Has a nice finish, simple to use, lightweight, sleek look, good reception (with sprint being the provider), 1.3 mega pixel camera is good enough for day to day photos, and the one minute camcorder comes in handy. Comes with MicroSD memory of 256kb which is useful to store photos and video separately from phone memory.
Cons: Battery needs to be charged more than anticipated and gets way too hot while on phone for more than 40 minutes. Texting ... ...Speaker can be turned on only during a call, or during review of a memo. Overall, this is a new sleek phone that is lightweight and is sure to draw attention, espeically with sprint giving away rebates, making the final sale of the phone a merely $49.00! ...

Pretty Good
Review of Samsung SCH U940 Glyde by
hippyman27
Advantages: Touch Screen, QWERTY keyboard
Disadvantages: Internet bill...
This phone is great! For all those people who just want to talk and not text or go on the internet this phone is not for you. But for everyone who loves to text and go on the internet this is the phone for you! The touch screen is ok it takes a while to get used to it but they give you the option to change the sensitivity which help. As far as texting goes. The keys are in the same place as they normally would be on a keyboard so you won't have any ... ...of trick you into wasting a lot of money though so I would not use the internet. You have to pay per megabyte usage so even though it costs 20 dollars a month he only used it for like 10 days and he amassed a 250 dollar bill just for internet. ...

My Samsung Phone
Review of Samsung SCH U740 by
ktownDNCR
Advantages: qwerty keyboard, and double flip feature
Disadvantages: lack of internet capabilities
This phone is very handy. It is small and compact like a razor but has the texting capabilities like a blackberry with the qwerty keyboard. I have very few problems with dropped calls and it is surprisingly durable. It seems like it would be flimsy with the two way flipping but i have had no problems. It has a great music feature with a touch screen front that is fun too for listening to my favorite jams! My only complaints are that I wish it would ... ...(cause once again the size is perfect!). Also this phone is a Verizon phone and the space for storing pictures, videos, music and text messages is limited, I would like if there was more space for storage.
Overall however, I do love this phone because it is totally fantastic. Also I shared this phone with my mom and she went and out bought one. She is not electronically savvy but has been able to use it without many problems. ...

Samsung Myshot is a good shot at a good phone
Review of Samsung SCH R430 MyShot by
vamp6x6x6x
Advantages: easy to use, good phone
Disadvantages: none that I know of
The Samsung Myshot has to be one of the best cell phones I think, because it is easy to use and to learn how to use, and it is a flip with a small screen on the front. The Myshot seems as it was made for the person that likes a good flip phone, with a screen on the front, and the phone itself being able to last a long long while. I don't know how long it will last before it breaks because I still have mine and it still looks new, so I might say it ...

To buy if you want trouble
Review of Samsung SPH A640 by
Thejas
Advantages: ..I don't see
Disadvantages: Quality, durability, power.
For me, the Samsung SPH A640 is the worst phone I ever owned.
I'm sold for Samsung since every phone I purchased were from them but this one is absolutely horrible. The power of the phone/antenna is very poor, the camera is....ordinary and the overall quality is bad. I've had 3 repairs in less then a year, my calls are often dropped and the cell shut downs for no reason. I have a VERY good provider but the phone does not cut it for me. Will change ...
