This phone is very handy. It is small and compact like a razor but has the texting capabilities like a blackberry with the qwerty keyboard. I have very few problems with dropped calls and it is surprisingly durable. It seems like it would be flimsy with the two way flipping but i have had no problems. For me, the Samsung SPH A640 is the worst phone I ever owned. I'm sold for Samsung since every phone I purchased were from them but this one is absolutely horrible. The power of the phone/antenna is very poor, the camera is....ordinary and the overall quality is bad. I have the Samsung SCH U900 and it works decently for me. I've had it for about 8 months and there are only a few complaints that i have with it while a few good things also stand out. ...i have with this phone is the speed in which it takes pictures. With metering, auto-focus, and all the other bells and whistles turned off it still takes about 2-3 seconds to snap a picture.
