have had this phone for about 2 years now, and i haven't had any serious problems with it. I am a very careless person, so i drop my phone on average about 2-3 times a day.(I am very clumsy lol) However, the phone has been able to withstand all of my carelessness and functions pretty well. I purchased the Instinct the weekend it was released and have been extremely pleased with it's performance. With a touch & vibrate screen, voice activated GPS navigation, internet capabilities, and easy to manage music capibilities I would say that this phone is comparable to the iPhone.
