I bought this phone about a year ago from Vodafone and it is okay for the price I got it for. I got it for $99 instead of $499 and to tell you the truth, after using it for a few weeks I would not have paid full price for it. Before then I was Nokia person and that treated me well. If you pick up any phone it is usually a no brainier to send any messages but I have noticed on a number of times that when a friend asks to send a message and I give then my phone it is not the easiest task for them. Another thing is how you can't customize the message tone to songs you have stored on the phone (or card) or how you can't set certain music file formats as ringtones. All the LG phones are mostly CDMA based and this one is not an exception too. The receiver power increases with this technology generally and the phone features are good for me. I have used a lot of mobiles but i have never been comfortable with any other phone like how this phone is.
