review of Motorola I425t
Review of Motorola I425t by
warren4321
Advantages: neat and simple
Disadvantages: cheap plastic cover
The Motorola i425 has very simple design. However, it is extremely slim (4.9 inches by 1.9 inches by 0.47 inches), but at 3.9 ounces it weighs a little more than you think. The i425 is available in titanium. The phone fits well in my hand but the plastic material makes it feel quite cheap.
It is quite seldom that you see a thin iDEN cellular phone. The i425 casts a base profile that should appeal to fans who love thin phones. The i425 does not offer ... ...but the thin style makes up for it. It doesn't seem to look as though it is very difficult to dial a number with such cheap plastic buttons. The overall look of it is great but it had such bad quality. You can change the settings of the display contrast, backlight, and text size. However, the graphics are not very clear and the colors were quite bad. The volume level is strong enough and voice is loud enough as well. The calling quality is quite ...

Economicla "Candy Bar" phone, nice
Review of Motorola I425e by
redkathy
Advantages: no flipping, easy to read display
Disadvantages: no camera
This is a nice, economical phone. It works with boost and nextel too. I bought mine at wal-mart for only 39.00, and no upgrade required.
The phone is light weight yet pretty darn durable. It's candy bar design is great, no flipping. Nice sized display screen and customizable background. Really, it has a lot of nice features for an economical phone. Those include games, a few java applications, the ability to instantly send images, events, or contacts ...

Motorola I355
Review of Motorola I355 by
szg9999
Advantages: Big and brawny
Disadvantages: low color-display resolution
Motorola i355 is targeted at field services, construction, transportation, and government segments. With the strongest ruggedized shell and best weatherproofing available to the market today, Motorola i355 is one tough customer. Plus, the advanced push-to-talk feature supports Nextel Direct Connect, Group Direct Connect and Direct Talk functions. With long battery life and integrated speakerphone, the Motorola i355 is the perfect mobile for your ... ...The Motorola i355' with a decent resolution of 130x120 pixels and support for 65,000 colors, the screen is reasonably detailed and colorful, but it can't compare to the latest high-resolution camera screens that show many more colors. Then again, the Motorola i355 isn't a camera phone, so the display's so-so. The phone's workable but staid menu system will be familiar to Nextel users, complete with the annoying main-menu quirk that forces you to ...

Stay away from Boost Mobile & Motorola
Review of Motorola I335 by
vladimir
Advantages: Pretty lights
Disadvantages: it is not reliable
...I bought a Boost Mobile Motorola i335 less than 3 months ago. It died on me. It worked fine one afternoon when I placed it on the table, yet found it inoperable 3 hours later. I never dropped it. I didn't do a thing to it! It had messages in the negative zone (-1 messages, for example); the buttons didn't work, and I could not turn it off. I had to take the battery out to turn it off. When powered up, the phone wouldn't boot up. I talked to two service ... ...Does anyone know, does Boost Mobile / Motorola intentionally turn off features to make it appear there is a need to upgrade, meaning $$? Despite the i335 looking good and having pretty lights, that doesn't mean a thing if it's not reliable. Motorola and Boost Mobile reeks of bad business.. ...
