I bought this phone about eight months ago with my new service plan. It had just come onto the market and it was quite a chunk of change at $199. The first think that attracted me to the phone was the size, it fits in my hand very well. It comes with quite a few features, like being able to change the menu layout and color scheme and lots of customizable options. The volume is decent on the phone and ringtones are nice and clear. I bought my husband this phone last year and this should be it for upgrades for awhile. He's a texter, not a talker so he needed something easy but still at a reasonable reoccurring cost. The carrier for this phone offers a prepaid text option so now with a keypad that opens to a full qwerty keyboard, texting is no longer a pain.
