This phone is good when it's working. It drops calls doesn't matter who is the provider. The software does not allow you to receive certain texts with graphics in it. My old cheap phone works better than this phone and I thought I was upgrading. One wrong move and it stops working. You drop it and it starts bleeding and you no longer can see the display.
