I had this phone for about 2 years, and it that time I didnt find too many downsides with it. The most annoying would be the tiny storage space, 10mb with no option to upgrade it with a memory card! Initially, the camera was good if acceptable but after the 2 years it really was getting bad, grainy and dark. This is my second phone by motorola. This particular model is the stripped down version of their music playing phone. Features: The phone does not play music, and it does not take pictures.
