I had this phone for about 2 years, and it that time I didnt find too many downsides with it. The most annoying would be the tiny storage space, 10mb with no option to upgrade it with a memory card! Initially, the camera was good if acceptable but after the 2 years it really was getting bad, grainy and dark. I've owned this cell phone for about a year and a half, and, being my first cell phone, I think it was one of the best choices I could have made. I've had no issues with it the entire time. Shortly after purchase I bought a 512mb Micro SD card for it so that I could easily transfer pictures to and from the phone.
