This phone is good when it's working. It drops calls doesn't matter who is the provider. The software does not allow you to receive certain texts with graphics in it. My old cheap phone works better than this phone and I thought I was upgrading. One wrong move and it stops working. You drop it and it starts bleeding and you no longer can see the display. I had this phone for about 2 years, and it that time I didnt find too many downsides with it. The most annoying would be the tiny storage space, 10mb with no option to upgrade it with a memory card! Initially, the camera was good if acceptable but after the 2 years it really was getting bad, grainy and dark. This is my second phone by motorola. This particular model is the stripped down version of their music playing phone. Features: The phone does not play music, and it does not take pictures. There is internet capability but I do not use it. Menus: I love using going through the menu with this phone. This is a very good phone to have. You can carry it around in your pocket since it is small enough. It has lots of functions and features that are very nice to have. It has a very nice digital camera and other things that are very nice to have. It keeps really good time and it has some very nice ringtones as well. I have enjoyed this phone, definitely, but I will be glad when I have the opportunity to upgrade to a new one. It has an mp3 player, and the speaker quality is surprisingly good. The problem is that the speaker is on the BACK of the phone so you have to lay the phone upside down to prevent it from being muffled.
