Great for Texting!
Review of LG Rumor by orions_mommy

Advantages: QWERTY keyboard, MP3 player
Disadvantages: No flash on camera

My husband and I have had this phone for almost a year now (He has the blue/black and I have the white). Texting is a breeze! Seriously, I never texted before I got this phone. The camera is great too. If you hold it still (and your subject is still) it produces VERY clear images. Clear enough that I upload them to my blog! The only downside to the camera is that it doesn't have a flash. You'll need a micro-SD card to fully love everything this ...
...on your SD card from your computer and playing them on the MP3 player it has is a favorite of my husbands. My hubby and I also bought covers (at the Sprint store) so the phones would stay in good condition, but the brackets holding it onto the phone have rubbed off the words on the keys it hits when you slide it out. That's not the phones fault though. So I wouldn't recommend a cover. Overall I am in LOVE with this phone! ... Read review

Sleek Slider Worth Every Dollar
Review of Samsung SPH M520 by TheReviewer101

Advantages: Great Price ($49) after Sprint's rebates, colors are clear and bright, lightweight, japanese design
Disadvantages: Battery heats up after 40 minutes of talktime. Needs to be recharged every night.

Pros: Has a nice finish, simple to use, lightweight, sleek look, good reception (with sprint being the provider), 1.3 mega pixel camera is good enough for day to day photos, and the one minute camcorder comes in handy. Comes with MicroSD memory of 256kb which is useful to store photos and video separately from phone memory. Cons: Battery needs to be charged more than anticipated and gets way too hot while on phone for more than 40 minutes. Texting ...
...Speaker can be turned on only during a call, or during review of a memo. Overall, this is a new sleek phone that is lightweight and is sure to draw attention, espeically with sprint giving away rebates, making the final sale of the phone a merely $49.00! ... Read review

Pretty Good
Review of Samsung SCH U940 Glyde by hippyman27

Advantages: Touch Screen, QWERTY keyboard
Disadvantages: Internet bill...

This phone is great! For all those people who just want to talk and not text or go on the internet this phone is not for you. But for everyone who loves to text and go on the internet this is the phone for you! The touch screen is ok it takes a while to get used to it but they give you the option to change the sensitivity which help. As far as texting goes. The keys are in the same place as they normally would be on a keyboard so you won't have any ...
...of trick you into wasting a lot of money though so I would not use the internet. You have to pay per megabyte usage so even though it costs 20 dollars a month he only used it for like 10 days and he amassed a 250 dollar bill just for internet. ... Read review

Katana 6600
Review of Sanyo Katana 6600 by muscogee_queen

Advantages: It is the right size
Disadvantages: you are limited on your choice of colors.

I got the Katana 6600 6 months ago as a replacement for another phone. It was a good choice. When you open it you hear a click so you don't have to worry about it breaking when you open it and it is hard to break it by opening it too far. It takes good pictures and you can have fun with the pictures by making fun photos. Another nice thing about the phone is that you can put a picture with a contact so that you can see it when the person is calling ...
...is also palm size so you don't have to worry about it being too big or too small. The only thing that I don't like about the phone that it is limited in your choice of colors. You only have a choice of 3 colors. Overall it is a good phone to have. ... Read review

Style meets strength
Review of Nokia N76 by himanshu1058

Advantages: Great looks, good external display, nice camera and great music player
Disadvantages: no wi-fi

The first I saw this phone I gave my heart to it. Truly its an amazing phone with great looks as well as features. The design deserves a special attention here. It is available in two colours i.e. red and black. It is flap phone with casing outside. It has dimensions of 106.5 x 52 x 13.7 mm and weighs 115 grams. There is a 2.4” TFT screen. Talking about the features available when the flap is closed, there is a secondary external display of ...
...music. It has a 2 megapixel camera with 20X zoom and a secondary VGA video call camera. The camera shoots videos in MPEG4 form up to 15 frames per second. It disappoints its users on one connectivity accounts. There is no WLAN and 3G U.S. band. Instead it has EDGE, GPRS and Bluetooth. It has a talktime up to 2 hours and 45 minutes which is comparatively less than other N-series cell phones. Overall it has a good multimedia performaces and also performs ... Read review
