My hubby and I also bought covers (at the Sprint store) so the phones would stay in good condition, but the brackets holding it onto the phone have rubbed off the words on the keys it hits when you slide it out. Disadvantages: Battery heats up after 40 minutes of talktime. Needs to be recharged every night.

Pros: Has a nice finish, simple to use, lightweight, sleek look, good reception (with sprint being the provider), 1.3 mega pixel camera is good enough for day to day photos, and the one minute camcorder comes in handy.
