FOr every business there is a customer and I am sure this store has some. They have very nice phones and a wide selection. They also carry just about every possible accessory that you could think of. The prices are very high compared to other cell phone shops on the internet and some brick and mortor shops. The one benefit is there is no contract requried. Some people do like freedom. I did not have a chance to interact with customer service but the site seems user friendley enought that I am sure that its at least reasonable. There are too many other shops to buy a cell phone at for much lower prices. That being said they have good products and a site but the prices are bad enough to keep me away from them. Unless you want to spend lots of money I am not sure what you will find there.
