I can't say it's 5 stars as I have a hard time getting perfect indoor shots or night time shots.
Sometimes my older Powershot will result in better photos. I know some of it's my fault for not having the settings right... but still.
This camera is fantastic for action photos/sports, macro shots, and daytime photos.
I like the fact using the flash is always optional. I enjoy the features (the color selection is cool). I like the image stabilizer. This camera has a lot of potential for one who wants to take the time and learn which settings are best for which circumstances using the manual mode. The optical zoom is super. The flip out LCD is genius! I use the flip-out LCD very often.
I bought this based on it's rave reviews, only. Sometimes I wish I bought something different simply because the images are sometimes no better than the A520 I let my kids use!
