At a beefy 22 oz. these binoculars pack a lot of handy features. The "Porro Prism System" offsets the front lens from the eyepiece allowing for greater depth perception and a wider field of view. Manual focus is achieved by fingertip in what is called the " Insta-Focus Focas Sysytem" which is fast and easy to use. There is also a zoom lever on the right hand side that allows you to quickly zoom in out with your fingertips. On the left eyepiece is ... ...visual needs. Eyeglass wearers will be pleased to know that the rubber ends of the eyepieces fold down to allow comfortable viewing without scratching your glasses. There is a soft rubber covering over the binoculars for comfort and shock absorption. These binoculars are great for sporting or recreational viewing.
