I have one of these and do not use it now, but have relied on it for numerous things. First , it can copy just anything you need. I let my kids copy coloring papers, pictures, and all. ...suggestion, turn it on. I have lost a fax because of paper jamming and never could read it. When using the phone part, make sure you adjust your volume for the ringer. I cut mine off. I did this because it is loud and I had other phones that I listened for. I never really used the number storage feature but I did use the speed dialing feature.
