Advantages: Nice Looks And Friendly Customer Service
Disadvantages: Would Not Receive Faxes, Confusing And Useless Instructions

...I was given instructions to replace it and am in the process of doing so. Customer Service was pretty decent all things considered. In the end, I would recommend steering clear of this machine. There are many other options out there and I no longer trust the Brother brand. ... Read review
