This is a great little bread maker .. it is user friendly, there is a booklet that tells you exactly what settings to us for the bread theat you are trying to make .. Sure ,there is some trial and error as there will be with any breadmaker , however ,it seems that this oparticular bread maker there is more trial than error. ...just doesn't seem like it comes out as good with this breadmaker .. It may be the fruit water content? also, another key factor is that it calls for room tempature water to be used ,, so, be sure to use room tempature water , leave the water sitting on the counter for a few hours prior to making the bread , if you try to guess and you think you are using "room tempature" water .. it will totally mess up the bread and your bread will come out bad.. ... I bought this a month or so ago and I make bread about every few days. I read poor reviews about the bread flattening when using the recipes in the manual but I haven't tried those. Most of mine came from the internet and they all came out really well. I find that so far this is an excellent breadmaker for the price I paid. It was $38 with shipping from Circuit City, so I figure if I can make at least 20 loaves, it's worth it considering a loaf of ...
...I'd recommend this to anyone looking to get started making your own bread machine bread but not having the money to invest in a nicer one like Cuisinart. The only problem I've found is the non-stick coating is coming off of the paddle, but that may be a result of someone cutting the loaf with the paddle still inside it. ... Read review
