CLASSIC ROCK DUDE!!! Boston a classic roack banned, famed for the creation and introduction of "power Pop" was formed in the early 1970's. Popular and in the limelight from 1976-1986.. this unique band has mad many multi platinum albums.Formed by 6 foot 7 inch man Tom Scholz, they were known for their "space ship" symbol , which is on 90 % of their album covers. In 1997 they released their Greatest Hits album and restarted to tour.
Tradgedy struck on March 9th of 2007, when their vocalist Brad Pelps took his own life. But they strived on and can be seen touring, doing the songs that were made popular as much as 32 years ago.Some of their most popular songs were More than a feeling, Don't look back and the popular ballad AMANDA. Classic Rock groups have formed the way music is heard and made today and you can't forget BOSTON. Though not a mega group like some of their day, their staying power and fan base of today, attribute to their talent and musicality. Definatly worth listening to.
