I was informed that I needed to send the unit in for repairs or replacement, under the one year manufacturer warranty. This was actually a gift. When I saw it the first thing I thought of is that I am getting junk and someone should have bought me the magic bullet. Now I have not tried to use this for everything to challenge it yet, but it has done pretty good with the majority of the stuff that I have put into it.
