...Low option for each setting. Why I say this product is powerful? Honestly, for everything that I have done with this blender I have always just used one setting - Blend at low setting! Even crushing ice! It's just my laziness that I have done that but why should I bother? It always gets the job done. Disadvantages: No retractable cord. But that's not really a disadvantage.

...for a smoothie maker. This Oster 14 speed blender is a dream compared. I was lucky and found it marked down at a local Wal-Mart and paid $34.99 for this blender. So far, I am positive I am going to get my money's worth. We fill the large cup with banana, strawberries, blueberries, and orange juice, and Walla a healthy smoothie that they love drinking and don't think it is something icky. ...believe our experience with the Bella Cucina. I purchased this item thinking that I would save some money from not purchasing the Magic Bullet. It looked the same and seemed to have pretty much everything the Magic Bullet had. The only difference was that I was saving some $20-$25. Disadvantages: not much...a bit expensive and a little noisy
