I moved up from a regular cell phone to the Blackberry and wondered what took me so long. The Blackberry 8330 is user friendly and allows you to customize the background using Zen (icons) or Today (front screen providing your calender, messages, and missed calls). The QWERTY Keyboard allows quick typing and even has spell check. The browser is easy to use but it is not a true full browser and does not allow access to items that use Adobe. Additionally, MS Office is not available. However, you do have the ability to download applications including a voice activated application that allows you to send emails and text just by speaking what you want. Email and attachments are great and allows you to set up up to 10 separate emails. The camera is great and with an additional storage device, allows additional picture and music storage for on the go use. Great Device.
