Advantages: Fully QWERTY Keyboard. Great picture taking
Disadvantages: A little difficult to use the rollyball at first, but you get used to it

Disadvantages: It takes at least a solid week to master all of the features.

I love my Blackberry Curve 8310. This is the first Blackberry that I have ever owned, but it didn't take much time to learn how to use it. I just played and played. It is so much fun. ...my checking so I can use my debit/VISA card anytime. I can look up movie showtimes and places with just a couple of clicks. I would suggest this smartphone to anyone who wants to use a cell phone for internet access while traveling. Advantages: Messenger
Disadvantages: Not as small as other Phones

This phone is great. I recently bought one for myself (about 2 months ago) and I'm very happy with it. I can chat with all my friends using the messenger, which is very cool. I don't have to worry about being on my computer or expensive overseas calls. It's also very light, not heavy and bulky like lots of other phones. At first I was pretty impressed with the Blackberry, it being my first PDA after coming from a Nokia 6000-series. However, the phone does not seem very durable and the network connections (EDGE, GPRS, etc.) are inconsistent. Thankfully it's still within the 30 day purchase period so I can return it to the AT&T store for a replacement. If the replacement gives up the ghost, I will go to the Samsung Blackjack.

I LOVE my Blackberry Curve. It was very easy to set up and use. I did have a few issued with the SIM card at first (it would fall out of place), but only happened a few times and has worked like magic since. This is a great device for anyone that that's on the run, traveling or sitting in too many meetings and wants a better way to keep up with work and personal life.
