I have owned versions of the Blackberry for a few years now, my first one being the old green screen version. This was definitely by far an upgrade from that. I have had a few problems with it as the charger seems to bend the pins on the inside of the phone causing it to short out and intermittently turn on and off at times. The internet on this phone is very fast and is capable of doing everything that I need it to do. As well as having a full QWERTY keypad which enables very fast typing and eases responses to long e-mails. I would highly recommend this phone to anyone that is in the market for a cell phone. Compatible with the exchange server at work and you'll never miss a beat!
