Tasting Notes:
Colour- Dark Crimson, medium bodied, beautiful tannins
Nose – Berries, Oak, Fruity, Flowery
Palate – Dry hints, blackberry, strawberry, plum
Finish – Smooth, Long
Ratings – A good cabernet indeed. 7.5/10. I would definitely recommend this one.
Other useful suggestions:
Since this is a cabernet sauvignon, if you have kept this for more than 5 years after the vintage, I suggest you decant it first. 5 years or more would possibly leave this red wine to mature enough and to be drunk. Cabernet needs aging and it would be benefit from proper aging.
Once decanted, aerate it for about 10 minutes or so and I suggest serving it at a room temperature or 18...
