...I have been a customer of Black Star video sales for about 6 months and experienced a first this week. Previous readers will know that my wife is a western film addict. On Monday I placed an order for a film, (western of course) and the film was delivered on Wednesday morning. Unfortunately the film was found to be faulty in that there was no sound. I sent an e-mail to Black Stars customer services on Wednesday night. On checking my mail the following morning I found a reply. The writer, Keren Riley, was most sincere in her apology and gave me full instructions on what to do as well as an assurance that a replacement would be sent out straight away. ...Black star is one of the most excellent websites to buy videos and dvds from online , there p&p is free worldwide and they list a whole range of tittles and if you pre-order a tittle before it's release date you get the item at a cheaper price, Most thing i have ordered from blackstar have come in just a few days, but the other day i ordered a item and i recived it in less than 24 hour "hows that for good service", if like me you buy a lot of videos and dvds you can earn rewards points and then pick a gift when you have enough.
