I've owned this toaster for a year now. It works very well. The settings are accurate, you won't ever burn your toast or bagels once you find the correct setting. (Usually around 4 is perfect). It's a rather large product so make sure you have plenty of counter space or storage space for it. The outside stays cool to the touch. The crumb tray is nice and slides in and out easily.
