We have this toaster at work and I do like it. It can easily fix four slices of toast or four bagel halves at the same time. I do like the fact that you can control how done you want each side of the toaster to be. Just turn the knob underneath the push down button. You could have the left side at light and have the right side at dark. If is perfect for people who are in a hurry and do not have time to wait to make toast or bagels when others are in line. If you have the control turned up on high for too long, then you may start to smell burnt toast. That is how it is with the toaster at my work place anyway.
