This toaster is a very reliable toaster. the settings on it work perfectly. it does not over toast like many other toasters and you do not have to worry about if you walk away you would come back to a black charred mess. it also a very good size that can be kept anywhere in the kitchen and will not take up alot of room. it also cleans up very nice with a pull out crumb "holder". when you first use it, it does have a burning smell to it but after the first use you dont smell anything at all except for perfectly toasted bread, english muffins and anything else that you would like to toast. i deffinately would reccommend this product to anyone who wants a good toaster that lasts a good long time.
