My husband bought this little, Black & Decker MX300, for me only one week ago. Before I have this machine, I was always mixing something, like eggs, flour for some cakes, just by my hand with a hand mixer. It is a hard time actually, after a few minutes working, my right hand was so tired that I can not feel it at all. After I got this little machine, I free my hand totally. MX300 is really good assistant in your kitchen working; it is automatic device just need little electricity, and it can work at any speed just through moderate the black button. I think you can control it soon, and it is also easy to clean up and not so expensive. You will like it if you really get one.
