I love this handy chopper. It's very fast and compact. Just grab it, plug it in, stuff in some roughly cut veggies and chop away. The blade stays nice and sharp. It only works when the top is locked in place so it's safe from kids turning it on with their little fingers inside. The blade, cover and cup that hold the veggies (or whatever you're chopping) are all dishwasher safe. I love that. It takes all the risk out of cleaning that blade by hand. ... ...any busy people out there that want to save time in the kitchen. Lately I've even been chopping up whole bags of onions at a time to freeze. This way my onions don't start creating a root before I get to use them and they remain fresh after I've cut them. I store them in a zip lock bag and take the onions out as needed rather than having to chop 2-3 different times during the week. It's a great device to have around the house.
