We use the B&D Dustbuster now for over one year. The acquisition was necessary because our old handheld vacuum cleaner conked out. Which are my experiences with the new one … good? Bad? Well, find out now :-)

The manufacturer is Black & Decker, a considerable enterprise, not only for hoovers, and not THAT cheap... Now this is a small vacuum cleaner, or better said: hand-held vacuum cleaner. Means: one grips it on it's handhold and completes lesser cleaner actions. There is no fragrance duster integrated: means, that no aroma comes out of the vacuum cleaner when you clean up. But this is better this way, I think.. There is a strainer integrated. Means that you won't have to use dustbags. And there is also a plastic perusal through which you can look inside of the strainer, and though you can check if it is full or it can be used further. If the former is applying, you can empty the vacuum cleaner by pushing a button but something will miss. The hand-held vacuum cleaner has a maximal volume of 20 litres. This is approximately the capacity of one glass of water. But: in a hand-held vacuum cleaner there musn't fit such a lot inside. It 's just used for little works here and there. But nevertheless it is very powerful. The dustbuster has a grip, but one has to control the regulation and buttons not there, but on the top-side of the dustbuster. There are 2 levels of power. With the 1. level one can activate the dustbuster, too, then you just have to push further to reach level 2, the most powerful level. The dustbuster is runned by a storage battery. Not through normal batteries. It is rechargeable. There is a dockstation which will be provided, too. One can affix it on the wall, too. It will be connected to a power source. After work done one has to put the dustbuster back into the dockstation so it can recharge again. The storage battery can run for 30 minutes at highest level.
It is blue, white and grey. The stainer is blue. The dustbuster is ergonomically figured and has a hand-held grip. Though one can work firmly. The power regulation is grey. And the name of the manufacturer can be seen on top of the dustbuster in grey, big letters.

Very good suction power, very powerful, handy, compact, simply top! The two suction power levels are easily regulable through pushing of the little grey appartus on the dustbuster.
The design is eye-catching in cool blue and businesslike white, the hand-held vacuum cleaner lies good in the hand and it is simply handy for minor cleaning work inside the house. If you want to remove dust, crumbs or scraps of paper, everything no problem! And everything this fast and powerful!
Level 1 is very powerful, and level 2 more powerful! This is not comparable to other handheld vacuum cleaners. Since we had another cleaner before, I know what I say.
And one does not have to push permanently on an "ON" button, as with our older one. One just has to push the grey button forward and can clean in silence.
The price of 40 euros (ca. 60$) is dear, I know, but quality has it's price. The other had costed 15 Euros or so, and it had held for only one year. Well this one will last longer, I know it. Not just because of the converting. It's just first-class plastic.
And another handy fact: the stainer which can be taken out.
Final conclusion: Buy it! (No I'm not participating percentually in the advantages) :-)
