I love this little vacuum cleaner. I bought it to replace my broom and dustpan, because I'm terrible at sweeping. I never get all of the dirt into the pan. That's no longer a problem thanks to this lightweight vacuum. It works great at getting every little crumb up from all of my tiled surfaces. The best part is that is easily converts to a small handheld vacuum by taking off the long handle. This makes it perfect for cars and campers. The cord might seem a bit annoying at first, but since it isn't battery powered it has really great pick up power. My crevice tool was missing from the box when I purchased mine, so I contacted the Bissell company and they shipped me one right away with no questions asked and no charge!
