I purchased the Bissell 2101 also known as "Sweep Up" a few weeks ago. I was tired of dragging out the big vacumn cleaner for a few pieces of lint or dog hair on the floor. This little sweeper is a great help. It has picked up everything so far including small pieces of paper, coins and other hard objects.

The Bissell 2101 has 7 brushes which work with a forward or backward motion, never releasing the debris back onto the floor. There are 2 cleaning trays on the bottom where the debris is stored which are very easy to detach and empty. It also has little rubber edger brushes which force debris to the inner brushes for getting along woodwork.

The Bissell 2101 can be used on ALL floor surfaces, no matter how deep the pile is on your carpets. The handle lowers flat to the ground to use it easily under furniture. With no cords to drag around the house this little sweeper is fantastic for those quick jobs.

My dog sheds quite a bit and I was anxious to see if this sweeper would pick up dog hair. Much to my surprise with just two sweeps over the hair it was gone from the carpet. I have been using this on my kitchen floor daily, it's so much easier and faster then using a broom and dustpan!

The Bissell 2101 "Sweep Up" is worth every penny paid for it. I purchased mine at Big Lots, for $12.00! That's close to the price of what you would pay for a good broom and dustpan that limits you to wood or linoleum floors only. Now you have the advantage of using it on your carpets too! I highly recommend this sweeper, especially if you have children or pets, to pick up those little mishaps that happen.
