Beef Caldereta is commonly part of the menu when there are "fiesta". A rich tasteful, spanish origin recipe handed down from gerations of food loving Filipinos.
Ingredients:
1 beef (1 kilo)
1 can liver spread 1 small can tomato sauce
3-4 pcs. carrots sliced
3-4 pcs. potatoes, quartered
2 bell pepper 3 onions (quartered)
1/2 head garlic, minced
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground ... ...Cut beef into small serving pieces. Marinate in vinegar, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic. Saute garlic, onions until brown. Add the beef cubes saute for 3 minutes.
