I've been searching the net for about 3 months now from which site to buy my digital camera, and from all the reviews i read about BH Photo, and from my experience with their customer service which is prompt and accurate, i decided to buy from them. After purchase i found out that their service turned out to be better than i expected for the following reason: One important issue for me was including an invoice with the shipment, so i asked their customer service before about the possibility of not including an invoice, and they replied negatively, BUT they overwhelmed me by not adding the prices in the invoice which saved me more than 70% of the custom charges. Thank you BH Photo for the excellent service, and I will definitely buy from you again.
