The state-of-the-art VK-38W in-wall speakers (with a woofers made from the same material as bullet proof vests) deliver rich, full audiophile sound at far less than an audiophile price. VK-38W Premium Grade 8" Kevlar cones offer incredible strength and dispersion advantages compared to traditional woofers. Kevlar cones enable superior acoustical quality, improved mid-bass, extreme durability under high stress conditions, and are less susceptible to blowout (even when being driven at the highest levels). Heavy duty 8" woofers also enable these speakers to deliver low frequencies down to 30 Hz (+/- 3dB). VK-38W speakers include pivoting 1" liquid-cooled titanium tweeters and 2 1/2" poly mids that deliver highs beyond the audible range and smooth, accurate mid frequencies.
