The system looks space aged. I love it! Can play most popular CD Formats. I like the fact that one can connect to an external player. Remote is standard Panasonic, could have been better designed. Stereo is good and controls are easy to handle. A Single CD loader is a shame, but then, it is a micro system. Although the speakers are well presented, I would like to use a good headphone with it. I love this system. Simple to set up (instructions are easy to understand) & you don't need to be an electronics expert to start using it. The remote is fantastic & so easy to use. Plus if you're a dinasaur like me & still have cassettes (yes, kids those archaic rectangular discs that your parents have that music comes out of) this is the machine for you.
