Advantages: good for someone who doesnt have sirius installed in car. Disadvantages: suction cup doesn't stick, unsightly wires on dashboard

Everything else is great if you dont mind a few wires hanging around. I would definitly get sirius installed in you vehicle if you want to avoid the hassle of hooking it up every day.
