I just got my new laptop the other week, and so far all I can say are great things about it. I got my Asus EEE Pc 1000H laptop out of a computer shop for an installment plan for 0%! That is a great deal by itself and prior to my purchase; I made some research about the laptop too and found that it is way better than any other portable computer that is small in size. The EEE Pc Laptop has this elegant piano black color, all you have to worry is the fingerprints but that can be easily taken cared of because of the free cloth cleaner that comes with the package; this laptop is very portable, weighing only about 1.5 pounds, its really convenient to bring anywhere to, this is also true because when the battery is fully charge, it can last you 4 to 6 hours of continuous usage. The resolution of the pc can Also be set so you can maximize the use of your laptop if you are out of your home or office. Well the hardware in itself is great, it already runs on an Intel Atom Processor, and so I have heard that the fan of this laptop does not over heat, I tested that myself too, I used the laptop from 8am to around 12 midnight and the laptop keyboard is still very much the same, I did not feel any heat on my wrist or fingers at all. The keys are of the right size too, I even thought I would have problems getting used to it, but I'm glad I had no problems with the keys, except for the shift key which is kind of positioned after the page down key to its right side. This EEE PC laptop also comes with an XP home edition software, a complete windows live package and the store even gave me a free anti-virus program. The Hard drive was already partitioned to 40GB each drive separating your C: and D: drives. I am using this laptop for a week now, and so far all I can say are the good things of using this particular unit as the screen is not too small for spreadsheets, and this pc is not only for internet usage. The free Microsoft works software can pretty much help you with your workbook or word documents. I will recommend this product to users, mostly women who would need a laptop computer to be handy anytime you need to log on to the internet, or to process those little works in the office. It is very comfortable to bring anywhere, and is not heavy at all.
