Advantages:	Attractive, trustworthy, easy to use, holds about 20,000 songs, not big and bulky
Disadvantages:	freezes once in a great while

I've owned this ipod for about a year now, since last september and it has never given me any problems other than freezing one time, and all I had to do to fix it was plug it into my computer, easy as that & that's a surprise after I've dropped it like 20 times. I love the fact that it holds about 20 thousand songs and its not big and bulky like zunes. Also it allows you to see the album cover pictures and they are clear as can be. Out of all the iPods i have worked with, or have experienced, this is by far my favorite. And the fact that it's attractive to look at is a big plus. And i think it is worth the price that you pay for, deffinately.
